1.00Ripoff tour. Changed meeting point the night before the tour . Did not pick us up at the ship. We had to get into town and find the meeting point, which was difficult. Then waited an hour to board the bus. The tour guide had never done this before and was not trained . Did not know facts of what or where we were. No means for hearing all he had to say. He walked too fast for a tour of senior citizens. We did not spend anytime in any of the plazas listed as described in the tour information. Tour guide told us he had not done this before. In Pisa, he dropped us off at the main gate and said have fun. A wasted day and pissed poor experience. Please refund our cost.

1.00Worst tour experience ever. The tour company changed the start time by 1 1/2 hours. The meeting place was not correct and changed just prior to the trip time. Bad experience!!!!we were late getting to the port and we’re the last people on board the cruise ship. Very bad experience!

1.00Booked the "deluxe" tour through the Viator website. People who booked a Florence/Pisa transfer for less than 1/2 what we paid, received exactly the same tour. Eventhough I booked this directly on the website, Viator claimed I purchased the excursion through a third party travel agent (from Vietnam I believe) from who I never had any communication. Avoid this package and go with a simpler transfer only. Same tour, significantly lower cost.
