• One day/two parks with Fast Access Passes

  We had a great day at Disneyland Paris. As we were only there for one day and wanted to do both parks, we decided to buy the fast track passes. Yes, they were expensive—three fast track passes cost more than our four park entry tickets—but they absolutely made the day for us. This was a one-off trip, and with our children aged 15 and 18, we really wanted to make the most of every minute. We arrived at the park around 9:15am and while there were already people around, it still felt comfortable. We managed to get all the photos we wanted walking down Main Street and around the castle without too many people in the background. We headed straight to Big Thunder Mountain, where the normal queue was only 10 minutes. After that, we went to Indiana Jones with just a 5-minute wait, followed by Pirates of the Caribbean, again only 5 minutes—so we saved our fast passes for later. When we did start using the fast track passes, we noticed you simply scan the QR code on your phone. Although the passes are named, staff don’t check who is actually getting on the ride. As we had bought three fast passes (I’m not a big ride fan and was happy to be the designated bag and coat holder), it worked well for us. I was able to use the fast pass on gentler rides instead of my husband, such as It’s a Small World and Peter Pan—which was actually my favourite ride of the day! Peter Pan had a 70-minute queue at 11am, so skipping that and getting on in about 5 minutes felt well worth it. We watched the parade at 5pm and stood near the top of Main Street, not far from the entrance. One cast member suggested standing closer to the castle, but as it was already nearly 5pm and the street was lined with people, we stayed put. Honestly, I think our viewpoint was great—we saw the parade clearly, got some lovely photos, and were able to exit fairly quickly afterwards. After the parade, we left the park and returned to our hotel near Val d’Europe for a short break and some dinner. We then came back at around 8pm to finish off the bigger rides before watching the fireworks, which didn’t start until 10pm. I have to admit, I would have preferred them to be a bit earlier, but it wasn’t too bad. We stood from about 9:20pm to secure a spot, and it definitely paid off with a fantastic view. You do have to hold your ground though, as people will try to edge in around you. Exiting after the fireworks was much easier than expected. We chose to walk back to our hotel, knowing the shuttle buses would be packed. In total, we managed 13 rides, which simply wouldn’t have been possible without the fast track passes. Being there in December, it was also nice to keep moving, as standing in queues for over an hour would have been freezing. I would suggest, if you plan to buy the Fast Access passes, buy them the day before. We discussed buying them, but it said you could buy them in advance or on the day, so we thought we’d just buy them on the day. However, if you buy them on the day you can only buy them on the app, in Euros. The day before you could buy them on your Disney account in £s, which was cheaper (£112 each, compared to €125 each) plus no card transaction fee for paying in euros. However, all in all, it was a fantastic day and we all had an amazing time.

  We had booked a stay for our children’s birthday, including the hotel, the park and the restaurant. Due to an application problem regarding our table at the Royal Banquet, we asked Manon for help, in customer relations at the City Hall. With a lot of patience, kindness and a real sense of hospitality, she accompanied us to check all the details of our stay as well as the organization of our birthday table. As hospitality professionals and Sylver member , we particularly appreciated the quality of his support, his passion for customer relations and wanted to tell you about the excellence of his service.

  Myself & my sisters all went on a Disneyland Paris trip for the festive season after never visiting before! Am a Disney obsessed adult! So it certainly gave me my Disney fix! The castle is stunning I may love it more than Orlando’s and the Christmas decor around the parks made me truly ready to get into the festive spirit! We ate some snacks whilst there that we’d seen recommended on tik tok! Mickey Mouse pizza has to be my favourite! €13 Mickey head pizza absolutely hit the spot for lunch!! We visited W/C 18th November Tuesday-Friday! The queue times were perfect our only longest wait was webslingers in studios park which was a 25min wait! & it was absolutely worth every min! Brilliant ride!! Crush was around the same wait time. We met some characters, Winnie the Pooh, jack skellington, Olaf & Goofy! Winnie the Pooh had the longest wait of 45mins Jack and Olaf were a virtual queue which I was super lucky securing! You do this all on the app! Some of the food was cheap and some of the food was over priced! We found it hard to find some food stands they seem to be tucked away in the different areas so you have to look out for them! I purchased a Nutella Darth Vader waffle meal deal which was the waffle & drink for €7 which I thought was brilliant when the drinks are €4 alone and the waffle should be €5/6. We didn’t manage to squeeze any shows in but was able to watch the Xmas parade and the firework show! We had a full day in the parks and half a day the day we arrived as we used the 3rd day to explore Paris city! We did find that the park closed early on select days for staff events closing at 7pm instead of 10pm which was slightly inconvenient but we managed on our full day to do 9am - 10pm!   Everything is pretext to make you pay more and the staff is unpleasant. Disney has lost its magic, that's a shame! Seeing children leave crying... The park's solution ask for extras when it did have a ticket but undated and their "eco" ticket quotas were exceeded. We walk on the head because on the contrary allowing too many fast passes does not pause a problem

• Try to organize in advance and download the app disneyland Paris there to monitor the queue

  I went to the disneyland and the walt disney studios and definitely the most radical was the Walt disney I went to all the Russian mountains and I would say that the most radical are the Marvel and the hyperspace mountain I would say to go without a child but the lighter are the slink dog parachupe drop a car RC is heavy tbt I started with the Walt disney pq is the most disputed and ended with the disneyland is very worth it

  A dream destroyed... Park crowded, huge queues, toys in maintenance or breaking all the time, expensive food, baby carts passing over your feet at every turn or elbows in the heads of your children at the minute home... all this would be overcome if it were not for the lack of education and bad mood of your employees!!!! It was a real horror, every employee who crossed our way managed to undermine a bit of our joy, the chauffeurs of queues yelled, the attendants of the cafeteria sparkled to the point of almost canceling our order, the box of the store threw my son's box and argued with my husband, the security looking ugly, at the end it was all over... joy, charisma, the dream is over... here we only talk about paying more, the ticket is just the beginning and the message that remains is : leave here your money and you who get out of here that is bothering us.   8.12.2025 Does anyone know what happened tonight at Disneyland paris? The crowd started running away and shouting. People who hid in the shops, among the hedges, fell to the ground. We and the kids were terrified. Nobody knew what was going on, and security didn't say anything either. I wanted a nice memory for my children that vanished in 5 minutes. They trembled with fear

  Between the attractions under maintenance and the broken down attractions (Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, the mine train and Utopia) What a disappointment!!! Wait times announced at 60 minutes which are actually at 1:40. We expect impeccable service especially at the price where are the tickets

  The magic fades with time, over the years, especially now, having been on December 4, everything has increased but well, between 30 and 50%, it almost becomes more of a pleasure to offer, coffee at 4.20€... Abused. Pitch reserved for people with disabilities, displaced, more seating.... Normal what, here it is. It becomes more financial, commercial for my taste but the pleasure is still there, with a lot of restriction. And we also talk about attractions closed for renovation but without lowering the price of admission.....
