Alongside a sample of our classic expression, learn about how we apply our whisky-making ethos to create our award-winning Height of Arrows Gin with just 3 ingredients.

In our whisky distillery, watch our washbacks foaming and our copper stills bubbling as your guide highlights the different stages of scotch production. From heritage and speciality malts to alternative yeasts, find out more about what we do differently to create exciting and innovative flavours for our single malts.

Following a tutored tasting of our single malt whisky, delve deeper into our methods of flavour creation through our careful selection of seasoned oak barrels from around the world.

We loved the tour. Diego was a superb host. It was nice tasting the different types of alcohol. And we all loved the drink in the beginning of the tour.

Yesterday we visited the Holyrood Distillery. Our Guide Llyod was great! My Friends aren‘t as much into the „whisky game“ as I am but the whole experience was very beginner friendly. The Tour took about one hour and the time flew by. I personally would recommend the tour to everyone who wants some insights into the art of whisky making, without diving too deep into the details. Great young distillery

Our tour was led by Courtny, and it was absolutely fantastic. We learned a lot about whisky and gin making, and she shared an incredible amount of knowledge with us. She truly has great expertise, and we highly recommend her to everyone. We are very grateful to her for such a wonderful experience.

Received a warm welcome on arrival and the tour itself was informative and relaxed. We were a small group to so very easy to see and ask questions. On our return to the bar, my son and I enjoyed a whiskey flight before heading home.

This was a very interesting tour, guiding us through all steps of the creation of their Gin and Whisky, including a tasting of their products. The staff was very friendly and helpful and its really a nice place to spend some time!

A trendy well presented distillery, with very hospitable staff... Our tour guide Lloyd took us through the science of whiskey making .... it was exceptionally informative and humorous, we left feeling in love with whiskey .... even the wife now encourages me to drink more whiskey ..... therefore a visit to Holyrood is a must !!!

Very well explained the whole process of making the distillery's Gin and Whiskey. Very interesting the differences that this distillery has from the most conventional.

The tour guide Diego was amazing! The tasting areas and tour were very lovely. If you are open to experimenting with your gin and whisky, you should go! I wasn’t a fan of their spirits (hence only 4/5) but good on them for trying.
