When we were in Edinburgh, we tried to download the cloud guide, but it never appeared. Instead, we were getting messages that the code on our ticket was invalid. We tried on several different devices and could not make it work. We called their office, but they weren’t opening until the time we were actually supposed to be doing the tour. Sent a text to Viaror but never received a response on that either. So we were not able to take the tour at all.
