1.00I booked this tour for Tuesday without being informed that the Castle remains closed on that day. The Viator app prominently displayed castle images in its advertisements, which created a misleading impression and directly influenced my decision to purchase the tour. This constitutes misrepresentation and amounts to unfair trade practice. Despite raising a complaint, Viator has refused to issue a refund. Accordingly, I have escalated the matter to the Tourism Department of Scotland for appropriate action.

5.00Mark was a great driver and guide. He shared a great deal of information, humor, and music as well as we drove to each destination. The van was comfortable. We had plenty of time at each site. This one is a must for Monty Python fans!
