Meet with one of our friendly hosts at our meeting point and let us lead you to the entrance to the Eiffel Tower via elevator. On the second floor change elevators and, after a short elevator ride, get to the stunning view of the top floor. This is the highest place in Paris and the view from there is breath taking. This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

4.00This trip was wonderful, great guide, easy meet up, no problems. But we had another trip to the Louvre booked through Tripadviser, but due to the robbery, the Louvre was closed, through no fault of our own and our money was taken but refused to be refunded. Be careful with your bookings, we are told the tour company denied our refund, why does Tripadvisor use them if they are not trustworthy!

1.00Disaster. Directions weren’t clear when downloading ticket. Thought we had tickets. Then ran to meet the tour guide right before meeting time and they had left the meeting spot. Wasted $400 on nothing. NEVER AGAIN. Book direct with the Eiffel Tower.

1.00Eiffle tower closed the summit level and the tour could not happen. It is unclear how to get the refund for this. Clearly it is MUCH better to buy tickets directly on the site from the Eiffel Tower kiosks because 1- they are much cheaper and 2- if you cannot go up then you don't buy it and have to spend hours getting a refund while you are on vacation.

4.00The guide told some history of the tower and got us in. We had tickets to the summit (top floor) and stayed until dark. Fantastic views of the city both before and after dark. Avoided long lines by doing a tour.

4.00Make sure you read the small print as the entry ticket and meeting point are a 20 min walk away from the entrance to the Eiffel Tower. The guide we had was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable and very informative. The queue however for the journey up in the lift was long and when you reached the summit it was so packed of people that you couldn’t move around freely. It was €78 for 2 glasses of champagne at the top. The views are spectacular and the tower itself is breathtaking. Definitely worth the money to go to the summit just wish it wasn’t so busy despite having an allocated time slot. The queues for descending were even longer so we found it was quicker to walk down.

5.00They charge more than double of the ticket price. The tours are meant for student groups but they charge 80+ for a ticket price of 30 odd. The only saving grace is the knowledgeable guides who save some grace. They see you off at 2nd floor for the evening to be enjoyed on your own. Had they not booked tickets and resell in bulk we would be able to buy tickets on the day or advance on the official site.

5.00Seeing the Eiffel Tower is unforgettable, but doing it with a great guide like Daniele made it even better! Daniele was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts that brought the history of the Eiffel Tower and Paris to life. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, from skipping the long lines to making sure we knew where to go and what to do. Highly recommend this tour if you want a stress-free, enriching way to experience one of the world’s most iconic landmarks!
