Get your steps in to the second floor before taking the elevator to the summit for epic Paris views After meeting your guide near the Eiffel Tower, you’ll head for the ticketing desk and pass through the security area to begin your climb. Your first stop is the first floor (of course!), where the crowds are usually smaller and you can enjoy a unique perspective of the Paris skyline, and walk on the 188-foot-high glass floor. Next, you’ll continue your climb to the popular second floor for an even higher viewpoint. Along the way your guide will inform and entertain with stories of the city’s history and the tower’s construction. The cherry on top is a trip to the Eiffel Tower summit, where you’ll have an unmatched view of the city from a staggering 906 feet (276 meters)! You’ll be given access to the summit elevator for this final part of the tour, and you’re free to stay at the top for as long as you please.

1.00I would like to express my deep disappointment with the “The Tour Guy” tour I booked through Viator. The tour was clearly labeled as “in Spanish”, which was the main reason I purchased it. However, the guide spoke only in poor-quality English and at a very fast pace, making it impossible to understand. We couldn’t change it, as we were leaving the next day and had no other option. The tour only covered the first level and focused on telling irrelevant anecdotes. The only reason I understood part of it was because my brother managed to grasp some of the guide’s poor English. I would never book a tour with this company again. I believe Viator should not allow low-quality operators like this to work through your platform, as it also reflects very poorly on your reputation. --- I want to express my deep disappointment with the tour of “The Tour Guy” that I hired through Viator. I believe that Viator should not allow such low quality operators to work under its platform, as this also negatively affects your image.

5.00This was great tour with guide. We did our first night so good overview of Paris and its history. Our guide was great very accommodating. Didn’t realize how many steps are to the second level (40 stories). My 80 year old mother managed it but the description should have more details so everyone understands how high the second level is if you have never been to the Eiffel Tower before!

5.00Tower top is crowded most of the day and getting to the summit is not guaranteed. Book the earliest or latest times available to have the best chance to get to the summit.

5.00Our guide Henry was wonderful and really made an effort to make us feel welcome. He shared many interesting stories and facts about the Eiffel Tower, took group pictures, and had such a pleasant and wonderful sense of humor. The views were of course breathtaking and we would definitely use this tour group again.
