1.00We booked this Eiffel Tower tour to the summit as a special treat in Paris and even though we arrived at the meeting place in plenty of time, no tour guide arrived. I phoned the office and was informed they did not have our booking that was confirmed through TripAdvisor. After several frustrating minutes on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed that they would refund my payment. All well and good but as we were leaving Paris the next day we weren’t able to make another booking through a more reliable company. My advice is look elsewhere when booking a once in a lifetime event😔

5.00The guide was very friendly and answered all questions. He showed us all the attractions around the Tower and even gave us a lovely spot for pictures and took some for us as well, I think that is amazing, a wonderful person. I must say. Though I think the price was high compared to the ones that we saw. The beautiful thing about it is that the guide made it a beautiful experience to compliment the amount paid. It would be nice to review the prize. Enchante
