Only got a voucher never was able to find the person with tickets I called and all they did was send another voucher which didn’t help and I missed the event

Pay attention to the meeting spot. Check out prior to excursion. Make a paper copy of voucher. My iPhone went out for 15 minutes. Fortunately, they had our information.
