1.00We stood in line for over an hour in the heat and even though the guide was desperately trying to tell us about the tower, he was literally screaming to be heard. Then we were told the summit was closed and told to email for a refund of that portion. The guide stayed positive and did his best to tell us more when we got to the second level but his accent was difficult to understand.This was total chaos! Especially when compared to my experience with you at Le Louvre. That was excellent and the microphone and teceivers we wore made it flawless.
Eiffel Tower evening tour is a must!

1.00It was cancelled as the Tour company advised that all elevators/lifts were non functional after waiting for over an hour. Awaiting a full refund as assured by the tour company guide.

5.00We missed our original entrances time. I contacted the travel agency and told them we ran late and they were really friendly and helpful. They reschedule us to a late time at no additional cost. Our guide was super friendly and fun. Would 100% recommend them.

2.00The Eiffel Tower was a great experience, totally recommendable. However, the service experience was suboptimal, with delayed start, a tour guide that did their best, but could not be heard over the crowd noise, going up to the summit meant loosing the city guide experience, which we paid a lot of money for. Overall not worthwhile, next time should be going up on our own.
