3.00The tour tour was excellent! Masha was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable and was entertaining. The river cruise was good, but the check in process was confusing and not clear. We received no separate vouchers for the cruise (only a voucher for the tower tour). There were no instructions beforehand explaining how to receive the optional cruise voucher you selected

1.00Super expensive for that it is. Definitely not recommended! Affer queuing up for more than 30 mins to get to the elevator, we received less than 10 mins of explanation about the Eiffel Tower. Most of the time we were just left wandering around on our own,, or listening to other guides providing detailed explanation to their other tour groups.. As for the cruise, we were only pointed to the pier meeting point from afar on 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, only when we asked. Then, we were left to go down from the Eiffel Tower and navigated how to get there on our own. I am sure we could have saved a lot of money by booking the tickets on our own. Definitely not recommended!

2.00One of the biggest scams. The ticket to second floor of Eiffel Tour is 23.10 euro per adult. i paid to this agency because of the “skip the line” option. There was no skip the line. We waited 40 minutes for security checks same like all the rest of the visitors. The tour guide Amir told some stories while waiting at the queu and then went by elevator to 2nd floor. There he spent 10 minutes with us and that was all. And for this I paid 84 euros. Do not do same mistake!
