2.00I think you have to realize that, even though it says Eiffel Tower first in the name of the tour, it is the second part of the experience. So for us, it ended up getting very very late. And while our guide was good, there was an error with our tickets when we finally got to the Eiffel Tower and we had to spend another 10 minutes trying to get our tickets from her phone. It just didn’t feel as professional as other tours I’ve taken. And prior to the tour, I did not like the tone of the customer service representative who I asked about the meeting point. The Viator app was not showing the meeting point. I felt like there was attitude given to me when I inquired about it. And I felt I had to book the boat Nora at the summit as well. Maybe if I had had more time I could’ve found a different door operator. I really did not like the boat. It was super boring. There was no commentary just going down the river.

1.00Do not book with Viator or The Roman Guy. My family and I showed up early for the tour, but the guide did NOT have proper signage indicating who they were. Despite to responding to inquiries immediately, the guide made no effort to locate us and actually did not respond for over twenty minutes, causing us to miss the first part of our tour. When we finally did connect with the tour group (after missing a valuable part), the guide still held no sign and made no effort to keep our group organized or together.
Great tour guide! Skip the boat.

5.00Our tour guide was so lovely! Would skip the boat ride next time. All worth it though for the Tour Eiffel! That was truly the highlight of the night and an amazing experience!!
