Badly organised Duomo experience

1.00Not what is says “a reserved time slot” Badly organised when collecting tickets and headphones. Then the tour guide takes you right to the back of a huge queue. The line was over an hour approx as we were down a side street away from Duomo. Line was moving incredibly slowly. After 20mins we hadn’t moved hardly and decided to leave. We would have wasted most of the day

1.00We had "skip the line " tickets and we weren't allowed to use them. We had to go ahead and stand in the line which wrapped around the Duomo.

1.00Not reserved entry, no “skip the lines”, waited in line for 1h only for the cathedral to open at normal time then enter normally

5.00A bit of a wait outside, but the tour guide made things interesting during the wait. Inside the tour guide was very enteuastic and extremely knowledgeable.

1.00They did not do a good job of timing . We got there at 4.20 for 4.15 Nobody was around. At 4.36 a staff member came by to pick the sign up . She said we we were supposed to be there between 3.45 and 4.15. That was not on the email site We expect a return of the fee and she said she would but so far we have not gotten it
