During this 2 and half-hour class, limited to 10/12 participants, you are guaranteed one-on-one interaction with your cooking instructor. Learn how to form and fill traditional of stuffed pasta, how to prepare the main kind of dough for filled pastas and best ways to pair with its own delectable sauce and bruchetta

We continue with the execution for ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti or other pasta that we decided to prepare Hand on Pasta class! As you help the chef cook the pasta, the experience truly begins! We had so much fun and the food was amazing! I would highly recommend this cooking class! We made 2 pasta dishes and gnocchi. Our group was 3 couples in their (20s, 40s and 50s) and everyone loved it.

I've taken cooking classes in many other countries, and I've always enjoyed the experience. Perhaps he was having a particularly bad day, but this chef seemed much more interested in proving that he was more capable than we were. He was demanding, condescending, and generally treated us in a way that made it clear that he didn't think this activity was worth his time. We didn't intend to interview to be one of his line cooks, and so we're surprised to be treated with so little respect. I would not recommend this experience.

Our class was small- just me, my husband, and 22 year old daughter but we had a blast with Chef Guilio. The class is completely hands-on and we learned how simple it is to prepare pasta and delicious sauces without lots of fancy equipment. Chef Guilio has a great personality and explained everything thoroughly. I love to cook and I was surprised how much I learned in this class, including how to finely chop fresh herbs with a mezzaluna and how to be creative with traditional recipes like pesto where the possibilities are endless. Understanding how to assess the dough intuitively based on feel was also an important part of the process. We made the best gnocchi I have ever had- much lighter than the gnocchi I’ve eaten in the past. We also made tagliatelle and ravioli which was fun and delicious. I highly recommend this class for cooks and non-cooks alike. It was truly an authentic experience.
