Your pre-booked entry can be accessed by using your passport through Wumen Gate. Beat the Beijing crowds and get direct entry to the Forbidden City. We will link your passports to E-tickets system(show your passports to entry). Also you can book entry to Tiananmen Square, otherwise police won't allow you to enter the square.
Group Tour A: at least 10 at most 15 clients. Meet at the lobby of Grand Hotel Beijing. Meeting time is 13:00 PM. late by that time will not wait. Your Guide will introduce you the Forbidden City and then you will have your Forbidden City Tour.
Group Tour B: Meet at the Sanyuanqiao Subway Station time is 7:00AM. late by that time will not wait. first go to Mutianyu Great Wall tour (with tickets and shuttle bus, cable car pay by clients) then Forbidden City Tour.

Beijing Forbidden City is the head of the world's top five palace. The Forbidden City was built begin in 1406 and it took 14 years to built it. The first ruler who actually lived here was Ming Emperor Zhudi. North to south is 961 meters and 753 meters from east to west. And the area of about 725.000 square meters. The Imperial Palace has 8704 rooms. In 1987 the Forbidden City was recognized a world cultural legacy.

Challenge getting to Main Forbidden City entrance and Tiananmen Square

5.00Things have changed since prior visits. Could have been because of National Congress meeting that day. Finding route to main entrance of Forbidden City and to Tiananmen Square was very difficult. Definitely need to book an appointment prior to going. Thankfully we had known based on other reviews. Our passport and visa were checked three times in trying to get there. Three different stops. Last stop. Bags were hand searched. Everything removed. Roll of electrical tape was confiscated.

1.00Don’t use this service. The company was super difficult to communicate with, instructions were poor, One of my party was initially refused entrance because there was a screwup in passport numbers. It is my recommendation that Viator drop this supplier immediately.

5.00In august the Tian’anmen Square and forbidden city are full of people and it is very smart booking it! Then you enter with your passport and if you come at 7:00AM at least you don’t have any problem
