Your driver will pick you up at your hotel or at a designated meeting point in Paris.
Hotel pickup is available only in the western arrondissements,
If your accommodation is outside these areas, a meeting point near the Eiffel Tower will be provided after booking.
You’ll travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan 8 to the picturesque village of Giverny, where Claude Monet lived and painted many of his masterpieces.
Upon arrival, your driver-guide will give a 15-minute introduction about Monet’s life, his gardens, and the must-see highlights. Then, enjoy free time to explore the house, gardens, and village at your own pace.
* Giverny Tour: 3 Options
1. Morning (7:30 AM – 2:45-3h): Peaceful and efficient visit before the crowds.
2. Midday (11:45 AM – 3:30 h): Relaxed tour with extra time to explore.
3. Afternoon (1:45 PM – 2.30 h): Quick and focused for tight schedules.

A Wonderful Experience for Your Paris Visit

5.00If you love Monet and/or gardens then this is a must do tour. I like that it’s a small group, 6 on our tour. Either you’re picked up at a local hotel or go to a meeting point. We’ve done this tour 4 times, every time we go to Paris and the garden is always changing due to different months or weather, wet or dry. I also like the fact that it’s basically private transportation to and from Paris and once you arrive in Giverny your given a short intro into the garden and house property and then you’re on your own to wonder around and later to explore the town. We usually walk around the lilly ponds, garden, Monet’s house, gift shop, have a bite at the restaurant by the parking lot, explore the town, visit his grave, and the old church, see other local shops, bakeries, have some ice cream and meet up for the return trip, they usually take you back to your hotel. You have about 3 or more hours to explore. It’s a lovely outing well spent.

5.00It was absolutely amazing! You must see Giverney! Even though we visited in late September, the gardens were still beautiful. Our driver was friendly and very knowledgeable.

1.00This is just a ride. Not a tour. I feel pretty ripped off. There were 5 of us and this cost $815. It was described as a half day tour to Giverny and Monet’s home and garden with a guide. No. It’s just a ride there and back. We got dropped off about 1pm. Then the driver left and said he’d be back at 5pm. Frankly, we were done by 3:30 and then were stuck waiting around. The driver came back a little before 5pm and drove us back. There were two other people in the van with us we didn’t know on the way back, so the 5 of us in our party had to squish together in the back. No music in the van, no air. No tour. It’s just a ride. Our ride from the airport was only $150 for all of us. So getting charged $800+ for a ride is obscene. Do yourself a favor and just book a ride using a taxi service. There is nothing extra here.

5.00Being picked up at our hotel was a huge bonus. Our driver was friendly and helpful. The passengers with us were delightful. Enjoyed the film on our way to the gardens. The greeter was fun and informative. The garden itself was spectacular!

5.00Fred picked us up from our Hotel, the car was 8 seats for passengers, there was only 6 of us, so plenty of room. The car was clean and Fred was on time and welcoming. Along the way to Monet's garden he told us a few interesting facts about Claude Monet and we also watched a video in regards to what we were going to see. The gardens were beautiful and we had plenty of time to explore. Fred dropped us back to our hotel and was very friendly and professional.
