Departing from Port Douglas or Palm Cove (not Cairns), enjoy a small-group Kuranda day tour, limited to 20 guests for a personal and engaging experience. Travel aboard the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway, winding through lush rainforest to reach Kuranda. We meet you in Kuranda and transfer you to the village, where your guide will show you around its famous markets and vibrant arts scene. After two hours of exploring, we pick you up in Kuranda and help you board the award-winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for breathtaking views. End the day with a stop in Palm Cove for a relaxing drink (own expense) before returning to Port Douglas by 5:30–6:30 pm.

Brett was upbeat, full of local knowledge, shared some cool stories and did a top commentary throughout the day with a great sense of humour. Everyone's needs were met, including having enough leisure time in Kuranda for lunch and a look around. Easy-paced, relaxing day with amazing scenery to boot. Stopped at Palm Cove for a drink before dropping us all off back in Port Douglas, either at your accommodation or in town. Thank you for a memorable day out, Brett, see ya again next time we're in Port Douglas :)

Wonderful trip from start to finish! Our driver Chris and off-sided Bosun were very welcoming and entertaining along the way. Skyrail was a great experience for me as a first timer. More time in Kuranda would have been nice but we managed to see quite a bit in our 2 hours there. The return journey by train is always impressive. It’s a must do tour when you visit the area!

Today was just amazing day. I thoroughly enjoyed this day trip. Chris is a fantastic tour guide, I as left in stitches, and I can’t forget to mention Bosan, he welcomed everyone on the bus, made sure we were all behaving. He was the cherry on the cake. I highly recommend this day trip and this duo. Chris and Bosan.

Fantastic ride on Sky Rail and Views. Train ride down also had great views but was very hot inside carriages - lack of fresh/cool air or cold water. Could have done without the Market itself.
