Departing from Port Douglas or Palm Cove (not Cairns), enjoy a small-group Kuranda day tour, limited to 20 guests for a personal and engaging experience. Travel aboard the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway, winding through lush rainforest to reach Kuranda. We meet you in Kuranda and transfer you to the village, where your guide will show you around its famous markets and vibrant arts scene. After two hours of exploring, we pick you up in Kuranda and help you board the award-winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for breathtaking views. End the day with a stop in Palm Cove for a relaxing drink (own expense) before returning to Port Douglas by 5:30–6:30 pm.

Fantastic ride on Sky Rail and Views. Train ride down also had great views but was very hot inside carriages - lack of fresh/cool air or cold water. Could have done without the Market itself.

A great day trip.. Brett was a super tour guide. The Sky Rail, Scenic Railway through Rain Forests, stop at Kuranda Village and cocktails at Palm Cove were all brilliant. 🤩
Sky Train / Scenic Railway, not to be missed.

Well organised tour and the itinerary well explained, with humour, by the tour guide. The Sky Train is very good, sailing over the canopies, with a couple of stops to admire the views. Kuranda is worth looking around, visit the Big Forest Cafe for tasty rice burgers. Enjoy the history and authentic scenic railway, another spectacular ride. The disco ride back in the coach was a pleasure.

Great day out. Barron Falls was in full flow and the scenic train trip was awesome. We visited Kuranda out of season so most of the market shops were shut - we weren’t advised of this at the time of booking. Shops and cafes were open on the high street though so plenty to see and do. A short stop at Palm Cove on the way home but enough time for a lovely cocktail and pizza. Our driver/guide was friendly, informative and very accommodating and made the day enjoyable.

Chris (and Bosan) was the most amazing tour guide we’ve ever had. The experience was absolutely breathtaking and he made it even better. The train and sky rail were unlike anything we’ve done before! Highly recommended!! We were super lucky to have Chris providing us with interesting facts and making sure it all ran smoothly 🥰 Bosan was the cutest fluffy companion for the day as well 🐶
