This unique experience allows you to soak up Parisian beauty and be creative in an authentic Paris art studio. Neighboring the plaza of the Hotel de Ville, this 5th floor studio over-looks the Seine River so that you can see classic Parisian architecture, including the Notre-Dame and even the Eiffel Tower on a clear day. With her decade of experience as an artist and teacher, Lara's tailored support and kind encouragement gives you a chance to relax and have the confidence to paint joyfully, creating a painting modeled from a unique work of art. This one-of-a-kind activity is open to 1 to 6 people, perfect for solo travelers, friend groups, or families with and without children 6 and up, seeking a fun cultural experience.

During this 2.5 hour painting class, you will recreate a classic painting with your own special touch, using provided materials in my art studio. Enjoy a stunning view of the seine river and notre dame, relax in the beautiful ambience, receive helpful instruction from a professional artist, chat and have a coffee, all while painting and flexing your creative muscles. For any level of experience ("never done it" to "i'm a pro myself") I welcome you to join me in a creative morning or afternoon.

Absolutely loved this class - would love to return. Lara is an absolute gem and helped me rediscover my lost love for art. I felt guided and encouraged but also free to explore and creatively express myself. This was a really special experience - 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Lara was so calming and creative! We have three kids and they each got to find and create something amazing. A heart, a top hat and an ode to Ronald McDonald French fries. It was a great time. My husband and I were also given space to create our own versions of the Tahitian Lamdscape by Paul Gaugin. She was able to entertain and teach and create with our three very high energy children. Highly recommend for a great cultural art experience in Paris! Beautiful views of the city but a little warning: the building I “a little creepy” according to my kids!

It was amazing! Lara was friendly, encouraging and prepared. My mom & I enjoyed using the gridded canvas she prepared for us to copy the master painting (also gridded). Her studio is intimate and absolutely has a gorgeous view of the neighborhood from her 5th story studio (elevator available!). Our experience with her was truly one of the highlights of our Paris visit & I highly recommend taking her class to anyone.

It was a well organised but informal experience. The tutor had set up the necessary equipment and the location of the studio with view of Notre Dame and the river could not have been better. We received adequate tuition, perhaps some more detailed help and advice might have been useful. The tutor catered well foe those who had had no experience as well as those who had done some painting before.

We really enjoyed this marvelous experience with a super knowledgeable and polite instructor (Lara), who was kind enough to accept us although latE (miscalculated the traffic in Paris!). It is a real family activity that gives the sense of discovering the hiddeN artist in you. The view also from the ateLier e(Notre Damee) was also beautiful and inspiring. I would do the same thing with the same instructor again and again. Thank you Lara for these momeNts of magic :)

We had a really great time. She’s an amazing person and we loved having conversations with her. Very cute studio. She also had a great combination of giving advice but letting us find our own way of painting. Overall great experience at a great place with an even better person. Very happy to have done this, I’d recommend this to everybody I know.

Lara is amazing! I only have some drawing experience and had never tried painting before. I just assumed it would be fun, but she actually equips people with the basic tools/strategies they need to try and start painting on their own. That's more than what you get from most drawing classes in a month, and it's incredible how she does jt within a few hours 🦔 I asked her for recommendations for beginner-friendly painting material after class, and now I have a mini-studio in my room! Thanks :)
