  Had limited time to look around the reserve before it was the feeding time with the monkeys so didn't get to experience the whole of the reserve, what we saw was ok although nothing out of the ordinary. Feeding time with the monkeys was good as you can walk about whilst they feed around you. Harrisons Caves were good, very nice staff, good level of knowledge and history given on the space. There are a few other activities that you can also do at the caves. Food and gift shop on site. Enjoyable trip overall and our driver Deon was very informative throughout the trip, providing us with information on the areas that we drove through and generally about the island of Barbados

  Driver was amazing took us to 2 other sites…. Was also patient and drove very carefully over the rough roads….monkeys were cute and cave was a site to see

  Highly recommend this tour. The animal preserve was fantastic, was able to walk among peacocks, chickens, turtles, monkeys, birds, etc... The monkeys are very use to human interaction and come right up to you during their feeding time. The caves tour is outstanding, the park and the tour guides were top notch. The experience of the caves is a must see attraction. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of knowledge on the island during the drive to the attractions. The tour bus was very comfortable and had air conditioning. Overall I give this tour five stars.

• Harrison’s Cave and Critters tour

  There were only 5 of us on the tour. We started with the nature reserve, and got to see the morning monkey feeding (there were so many of them, big and small, they were adorable!) then walk the grounds of the reserve to see the other animals. Then we toured Harrison’s Cave. It was beautiful, and different from other caves (most a very cool or even cold) but Harrison’s cave is quite warm/pleasant. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the history of the island, and pointed out many things that we would have otherwise overlooked.

  Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the island and very accommodating of our needs. However the tour was a little different than described in the advertising. There was more touring in the car than expected and a shorter time given at the wildlife park than shown in the booking information. As a solo tour it was still excellent but it might not meet the needs for families with younger kids.
