  Highly recommend this booking. It was perfect for a short yet immersive trip to Lang Ha bay. The staff were welcoming and attentive. We were picked up and dropped off from and to our hotel by their bus service which was very convenient. Room has excellent view of the bay. Service was good and activities were enough for everyone to enjoy. Although I think if they had chosen a different menu with authentic Viet dishes, it would have been better than serving Western dishes. Alex who was helping us on the bus to the cruise was friendly and engaging. He was very organized and efficient. He communicated very well regarding schedule Overall, it was a good experience

  This trip offers 2 different locations and we ended up on the quieter cruise Lan ha bay because I forgot to email after booking which I think they rely on. The quieter cruise offered one kayak trip to dark and light cave but dark cave closed down. Accommodation and staff were excellent, however we were only on boat from 1pm first day to 10.30am on second day.

  My experience with Aspire was absolutely exceptional. The balcony cabin offered breathtaking views, making the stay both luxurious and memorable.

  Great way to visit natural beauty of LaHong Bay. Fantastic nature accompanied by great hospitality of the crew. The experience could be even better if we spend more time on cruising versus staying on the anchor....

• A disappointing experience - not worth the money

  We were completely sold in by the photos and 5 star reviews for this trip but unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our experience on the Aspira cruise. The boat itself is nice but the food was absolutely shocking, we both agreed it was the worst meal we’ve ever had. You have to pay for any drinks, even coffee in the morning etc and the coffee was so bad I left it. The itinerary is designed in a way that gives you little time to properly enjoy the boat, you’re only actually on the boat for under 24 hours and most of that time you’re surrounded by other tourist cruises - disrupting the view of ha long bay. The whole thing felt like a tourist trap rather than a great experience for the guests. We both can’t understand how this trip has so many 5 star reviews - it absolutely isn’t a 5 star experience. There does seem to be a bit of a forced review culture in Vietnam so something to watch out for.
