5.00Armin was excellent. Stayed in touch with is from right after booking until pickup from our hotel and drop off at Harry Potter. He was on time and very courteous and professional. We used him for our return trip to the hotel as well.

5.00We scheduled Armin Harris to take us to the Harry Potter Warner Brothers and he did such a fantastic job coordinating with us and making sure we had additional info about the tour to make it even more magical. He was completely flexible with taking us there and picking us up so we had maximum time to experience the entire tour. He offered to take a pic of us in front of the studio giving us a very special memory of this experience. He also offered to stop for coffee and a bite to eat. It was delicious and very much appreciated! He just made our entire day so relaxing and enjoyable. Excellent service
