Starting at Federation Square, we journey past Young & Jackson’s Hotel, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the vibrant art of Hosier Lane. After a quick coffee in Centre Place, we explore the city’s historic core, from the Collins Street precinct to the Mitre Tavern, once a hub of colonial wheeling and dealing. We then stroll through Hardware Lane and stop at Short Stop, famed for its gourmet donuts. From there, it’s down Guildford Lane, a peaceful red-brick laneway rich in character, before reaching the bustling Queen Victoria Market for another sweet treat. Bianca was a fun guide for this tour. We saw many of the big sites in Melbourne, most notably the laneway street art. It felt like we kind of wandered around the streets without really knowing where we were going, but there is so much to see that it was fun anyway.

We had an excellent tour around the city. I'm not sure how many KM we did, but my watch counted over 17k steps. Our guide, Bianca, knew the history of the city and had amazing stories to tell about some of the characters in Melbourne's past. The Melbourne Marathon threw the normal path for the tour out of kilter but Bianca effortlessly managed detours so we were able to see all the tour highlights. She was also very accommodating with some sit down discussions so I could rest my back. Very grateful so I was able to enjoy the whole tour. The donuts and coffee stops gave the trip a real feeling of being 'foodies' in a city known as a real 'foody' town We would highly recommend this tour as an introduction to all that Melbourne has to offer and request Bianca as your guide. She did a terrific job👍👍👍

Tony was amazing! His knowledge of the city is incredible while walking and talking the entire time. I loved being so active and getting to so many parts of Melbourne and learning some rich history. Tony was kind and considerate asking if my needs were being met -a lovely gentleman! The coffee and donuts were very delicious and perfectly timed with bathroom breaks on the tour. I would highly recommend this for a fun and delicious way to get to know Melbourne!

The Coffee and Donuts tour is a great way to see the sights of Melbourne, whether you are a born and bred Melbournian (like myself and my friends on the tour) or a tourist wanting to see the sights. And yes there is coffee and donuts included!! Our tour guide Miles has great knowledge of the places we visited, including all the small laneways within the city streets. We highly recommend the tour!

Great walking tour with friendly, knowledgeable guide. Enjoyed seeing the sights, learning the background info, and stops for coffee and donuts along the way. The tours mix of iconic places and some lesser know spots. Would recommend as a good way to get introduced to Melbourne.

It was easy to book. Tony, our guide was easy to find. We got super lucky and we’re the only ones on this particular tour… He gave us so much information. He was so excited to share the beautiful city of Melbourne. We could never have learned the city on our own. We had delicious donuts and incredible lattes! Your Torres are always spot on with Spot on People… Can’t wait to do another one in another city soon!
