5.00We had a very nice experience with this travel agency, the staff was very helpful and kind. We did the Ho Chi Minh city tour and we also visited Cu Chi (the lunch was included in our price and it was absolutely delicious) our guide was Leo he was explaining everything with details and if you had any questions or doubts about the history or the culture he had the answer. I highly recommend to book your excursion or travels with them!

5.00I joined a half-day tour in Ho Chi Minh City with my mom, and it turned out to be one of the best memories of our trip. Our guide, Jason, was a super star! He was so kind and attentive, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. He even tried to sing popular songs from each country to connect with the group, which was such a thoughtful touch. Jason also handed out wet tissues when needed and lent us traditional Vietnamese hats so we could take beautiful photos. Thanks to his warm hospitality and care, what I thought would be an ordinary tour became truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Jason to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh!

5.00Great day in a very comfortable bus with massage seat.. better than what was ordered. The guide was very good and the young girls of the agency speak good English and were very good advice. Anything to fix us. Very good agency I recommend

1.00Terrible service, no even lunch was provided, but received a thrrets from the tour organiser, as she wwould commit suicide if give her a bad review. Search for a different tour- that is my advice. Viator couldn't even deal with it. Money lost ,and time wasted. It would be better to take hop on ,hop off bus. You would get more commentary and would visit more places. Lotus Tours should learn a bit more before advertising own services here

3.00Koi, out tour guide was very good. His English was superb and addressed all of his tour individually. The tour itself was mediocre, we had already been to multiple markets and temples over the last two weeks of travelling through Vietnam! When we booked the tour we were looking for something different and we didn’t get it. The booking was super confusing between the tour operators and ourselves. I believe our whole group did not get what they wanted from this. Again, Koi is very good at what he does.

5.00Amazing experience. Multiple stops with photo stops. Tour guide Vy was really good and vibrant , full of enthusiasm and eagerly showed us all important monuments and places .War museum brings tears in our eyes. Water bus was a nice experience. Overall we enjoyed a lot . Thank Vy profusely for cheering us .

She explained all the important features of the spots visited and helped us with our shopping. I wish all the best for her career and bright future. Now I remember , the name of guide is V.
