  Picked up from the hotel without issue - comfortable drive to the desert outside Marrakech in a small van. Croissant and drink on arrival - got to see them set up the balloons. Clear safety instructions for landing and then away. Fantastic views - sunrise was beautiful. Jeremy the pilot explained how it all worked and answered questions. Breakfast on landing.   A wonderful trip from start to finish. Communications were clear, pick up on time. An utterly memorable hot air balloon experience. Peaceful, stunning views and very special. Our pilot, Jonathan was highly experienced, informative and entertaining. The take off and landing were gentle and it was easy to get in and out of the basket.   This was an incredible experience. Ciel D’Afrique took care of each detail making it so easy, relaxing and fun. Our driver picked us up right on time -- very early in the morning -- from our hotel driving us through the dark to the balloon launch site. He was so friendly and pleasant giving us plenty of information along the way. Then a cup of coffee and a snack before we headed to the balloons. It was amazing to watch these giants inflate all across the field. The pilot shared some insight into how he operates the balloon -- he was competent and engaging; but really the views and the beauty speak for itself. The ride itself was gentle and gorgeous. Watching the desert expand around us and dozens of other balloons gentling rising along with ours.

  Exceptional, jetting to Marrakech for 4 days with my mom and sister and looked for an activity to do to have a memory and we were not disappointed. Thanks to Ali a young driver who picked us up and took care of us back and forth and to our pilot (I forgot his name) but touches of humor with the song of the Titanic . Thanks again , smooth flight, beautiful scenery and impeccable landing with all the people who help. Things to do ++++++++

  What the experience, we had a wonderful experience with my sister, the professionalism of the staff was amazing And they are working on time, for pick up, the driver Said was professional when working with us, the pilot did the good job and the rest of the team. We really had an amazing time with unforgettable memories. I remembered that I wasn't able to get inside the basket but with the caring staff they assisted me to get in so I could able to experience such an amazing experience. We also enjoyed breakfast 😋 let alone the part of certificate which reminds me of that good time we had. Cirl_d_Afrique_Hot_Air_Ballooning-Matrakech is highly recommended and ti's professional 👌

  My first remote contacts from France were via Wattsapp with Rokaya. I was very satisfied with the smooth running and the agreement found for our balloon flight to 5 people including 1 person disabled in wheelchair. We were picked up in private by a driver sent to us by Ciel d'Afrique. Nickel vehicle and a driver has our little care, having taken care of everything for the mom with very reduced mobility. Perfect driving. Welcoming at the take-off site with coffee and pastries. An armchair was put in the basket of the hot air balloon for mom and they installed it carrying it with great care. Then the dream, a flight of almost an hour with a great "pilot". We regret nothing and I strongly recommend Ciel Afrique.   It was a beautiful experience. Everything worked out great. It is highly recommended. It would have been nice if we had flown over the red city. But that is probably not possible 😄
