1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00The Viatour activity provider (Elife Las Vegas) did not show up at the Inchon-Seoul airport to take us to our downtown hotel. The contact number was for the Airport Information desk. Recommend the activity provider that was booked for me, for the Inchon-Seoul airport (ICN), be removed as a provider for Viatour. I have always had excellent service with Viatour activity providers --- this one (Elife Las Vegas) does not measure up!

5.00Be aware that you don't get met outside immigration, you have to collect your luggage and walk outside to a designated area, however driver was prompt and very helpful, car was clean and neat and it all was very painless
