2.00Clunky interface. Not flexible. Didn’t work as download- had to have cell signal. We read some history of places and that’s about all we used it for. SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE THIS! Can’t even believe you charge for it. Don’t recommend

4.00Very interesting self guided driving tour! Lots of history and facts about the Isle of Slye. Easy to use and follow. Bit of a shame is that the phone app didn‘t connect with the car navigation system, but we just followed the phone, so no problem. A few turns were announced a bit late, which caused some uncontrolled driving Be aware that there are a few hour long hikes in this itinerary, we started at 10.00, that‘s too late so we skipped the Quaraing and just did the 10 min walk at the Fairy Glen. If you want to do the Fairy Pools, this is in another self-guided tour from Trippy, not in this one
We will not use Trippy again.

1.00Fighting the application when it died half way through the tour. The app stopped giving directions, but we didn't know until we had missed a turn. Most of the talking was just telling us to stop where parking lots were. It also told me to stay in the right lane, but that is wrong here in the UK.

5.00Really good concept, handy that it can be downloaded beforehand for when phone signal disappears. Full of great information and even a few hidden spots we would have missed otherwise. Only complaint is that by the time it tells you to turn you have already gone past the junction, so you have to really watch the screen for upcoming prompts of you end up having to turn around.
