I am writing to express my profound disappointment and request a refund for the "Japan 5 days Private Tours All included at Tokyo Osaka Kyoto Nara" tour (Viator Product ID: 5538072P4, Booking Reference: [Your Viator Booking Number]), which I recently completed on [Date of Tour Completion, e.g., May 29, 2025]. I paid $3,536.41 for what was advertised as a comprehensive and "all-inclusive" private tour. However, the actual experience fell far short of this promise, with numerous key itinerary items being completely omitted or severely rushed, significantly diminishing the value and enjoyment of the tour. Specifically, the following prominent attractions and experiences were entirely omitted from our tour: * Kabukicho district * Tokyo night and light experience * Tofukuji Temple * Sanjūsangendō Temple Kyoto Tower * Osaka Castle Furthermore, our visit to the Yasaka Shrine was severely rushed, preventing us from ascending to the main temple and fully experiencing the site. This felt like a check-box exercise rather than a meaningful visit. The tour guides, Haris, Rico, and Michael were accommodating and did their best to show me a good time. However, the widespread omissions, indicates a failure to deliver the quality of service and itinerary content that was paid for. Given the substantial cost of this tour and the undeniable failure to deliver a significant portion of the promised itinerary, I believe I am entitled to a refund. I urge Viator to investigate this matter thoroughly and propose a fair and appropriate compensation for the unfulfilled services. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
