You cannot leave Kauai without an authentic luau experience, and to get one you need only visit us at the newest, most exciting and authentic luau on the island. Fronting the ancient royal surfing grounds.
From the impressive torch lighting ceremony that kicks off the evening’s festivities to the mesmerizing hula kahiko (ancient hula) dances performed under the direction of an award-winning kumu hula (hula master) Leilani Rivera Low, Luau Ka Hikina invites you to experience a memorable evening celebrating Hawaiian and Polynesian culture, complete with a locally sourced, traditional Hawaiian feast with a modern point of view and live music.

Hele Mai (Welcome) Check in begins at 5:00pm with seating to begin at 5:30pm ( first come, first seated by hosts) Once you are show to your seats, you can enjoy cultural activities and local vendors prior to opening ceremony. Enjoy shared seating with an arrival lei greeting and Mai Tai/Fruit Punch welcoming drink. Hosted Open Bar is available until performance begins. Transportation is not included or provided.

5.00Most awesome food I’ve had at a luau! The entertainment was amazing. Wonderful job by all the dancers and their costumes were beautiful. Only suggestion I had is to have better viewing for the fire dancer. Making a higher stage so everyone can view?

5.00Super fun! This is our second time going to the event. (2 years later )The dancers are amazing and so is the fire dancer. The food is also very good we had seconds.

5.00This was a very fun night. We have been to a few different Luaus, and while this one did not have the Imu presentation, the show was really fun. AND: This luau has had the best food of all the ones we've attended. The few cultural hands on things (Drums and some hula things) were fun as well. While the venue is not a toes in the sand one, the back drop is a beautiful view of the eastern shore. My family preferred this luau to the other most well known and popular luau on Kauai, so it is an enthusiastic 5 stars from all 5 of us!

5.00What an experience! The food was wonderful but the entertainment was more than any words could express. They provided deep cultural insights, history & knowledge you felt you were on the journey in history. The language is beautiful the vendors were wonderful & the dancing was beautiful. We loved every minute of it and would strongly recommend.
