Hamza took us to the most amazing places — beautiful hidden spots and must-see sights that we would have never discovered on our own. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories and insights about the history and culture of each place we visited. What really stood out was how accommodating he was. Hamza never rushed us; instead, he patiently adjusted to our pace and always looked for ways to make us feel comfortable and happy. 1.00They tell us 10 minutes before this trip is supposed to start that they will arrive 1 1/2 hours after the start time! .,,. Terrible! Do not book with them

5.00Hamza was great, and he was wonderful in accommodating our specific requests during the day, as changing conditions warranted. We also started the day with Nara instead of Kyoto.
