1.00Having received a booking confirmation, the boat ride was cancelled with no notification to us or any of the other ticket holders. There was no one from the company manning the ticket kiosk, nor did anyone answer the phone when I tried to reach Customer Service. We were fortunate to be able to book a ride with another company whose boat was leaving in 45 minutes, Le Petit Navire, which was thankfully a lovely experience. After that ride, we found a company representative at the kiosk and when informing them of our experience, they offered neither and apology nor an explanation and told us we had to seek a refund through TripAdvisor. I filed my claim yesterday, hopefully the refund will come through.

1.00Our trip was booked and paid for. But on arrival this didn't take place. The captain advised us that no such trip existed for 11am, the next sailing was 16.00

5.00Was a good cruise. The young man who did the narration was lively and interesting. Boat served drinks and snacks. Would defiantly do again if in the area

3.00This trip is great if you are only looking for a beautiful boat and excellent staff. But if you really want sightseeing, it was disappointing to only go to the end of an island and back, with the extremely slow speed of the boat the only reason it takes an hour.

1.00This company is a scam and unresponsive. Very rigid, unfair and unaccomodating. I booked a tour but entered in the wrong date by mistake and they would not allow me to change the date or refund my money!

1.00I am very disappointed with this trip. di st of all the instructions wasn’t clear. We didn’t know which boat to board. No instruction about we have to go to the window to get instructions. We got to the port and we had to ask people which boat to get on. We were only late for 2 minutes. We were already there and the boat was still in the dock but they won’t let us board. I had been to many tours and people are late for 10 minutes and we had to wait for the rest of the group. Like I was in Greece and book 3 island tour we had to get picked up from our hotel and 2 couples were late and we waited for them for 15 minutes. But this tour didn’t care to wait for even just 2 minutes. Terrible service. I see why they only get 3 stars. And they won’t give you option of getting on the next tour or at least 50% refund. 🤣🤣. They just want your money.
