1.00Very unorganized. This was the 2nd poor experience I’ve had with Viator. Another time, they messed up by reservation. I don’t plan on using them again.

1.00Worse tour ever not even close to the description that we signed up for. Basically, it was a bus ride to Pisa which was an hour late from the scheduled time. There was no personal tour guide just a map of Pisa and no free admission to the attraction noted in the itinerary. Very disappointing.

3.00This was really just a bus ride to Pisa from the cruise terminal in Livorno. The process of figuring out who to see in the plaza and what line to get in was chaotic. There was also a rail strike that day so I’m not sure that impacted it. The bus ride was fine once we got on it

3.00The guide Alessandro did a very nice job, patient, helpful and friendly. The problem was the tour did not go as advertised. We signed up for an 11:00 trip described to have about 3 hours in the tower/cathedral area. A day after booking, the tour got changed to 10:00 start. It didn’t leave until after 10:30 because the operator kept selling tickets on the sidewalk to fill up the bus. Then when we arrived in the cathedral square the guide gave us a time to leave in less than two hours because the bus was needed to take another tour somewhere else. Again the guide was very professional, but the operation was not as described.
