1.00Clearly I should have read the reviews in more detail as I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Save your money! This was clearly a money making exercise for the operator. The place was EXTREMELY over booked and nowhere to stand. I did see some spaces that were marked as "reserved", but I had no idea how this could be arranged at time of payment, nor thought there would be a need to do this extra step. People were also purchasing entry as I walked through with my booking - absolutely shocking. For the price, go to a bar or cafe within the airport and and enjoy a better experience and more spaced out. I was perching next to the clearing staffs used cutlery and crockery station on a sweltering hot day in London and it didn't feel like a very cool place to be inside this cramped, hot and noisey room I can see why there are no refunds to this 'activity' at the time of booking, This should have been my early warning.

3.00This lounge is quite small and tends to feel crowded. Upon arrival, I was informed that seating was unavailable due to high occupancy, though I eventually found a spot inside. However, the cleanliness could have been better—there were crumbs on the seat, used crockery and glasses left on the nearby table, and a half-eaten apple on the floor. The food selection was limited and fairly basic, though the white wine and gin and tonic were enjoyable. Overall, the space felt compact and lacked any nice ambience making it less relaxing than expected. Based on my experience, I would likely explore other lounge options in the future.
