1.00PLEASE do NOT buy tickets with this person on viator. The Louvre security and administration said that they have been having an insane amount of people using viator and the tickets end up being fraud. What this specific person did to us: He has a ticket on a PDF, when you scan the ticket, it doesn’t populate your name, but it populates the scammers actual name. For me, it was “Jon” something. Then, the security will ask you for your name and when you don’t say the scammers name, they deny your entry into the actual part of the museum. So the ticket will work until you actually want to see anything inside the museum. Then, I had to go pay an additional $50 for tickets to get in. The security guard also had me fill out a police report to try and recoup my lost money since I’m not sure how much viator will give me. A big red flag should’ve been the fact that this specific booking says they will offer you NO REFUND no matter what you do. These guys are a bunch of scammers and I hope they get what is coming for them.

4.00The Museum was great but I had to call Viator in order to get my tickets. They only send you a purchase receipt.
