1.00I bought two adult tickets online three days before an entry time to the Louvre in Paris. We came the morning of and lined up only to find out that our tickets and all online purchases through Viator had been cancelled for today. With no notification to us. I spoke to customer service who was not helpful at all.
Louvre is great but have to push to get tickets after paying

1.00They sent us fake tickets and overcharged us and we could not enter the Louvre...had to call and request refund and still am waiting for our money
