The time slot you choose is the time of access to the Louvre.

Your VIATOR voucher is not an entry ticket. Entrance to the Louvre and cruise is only via e-tickets with QR code sent separately by email and WhatsApp on the day prior to your activity.

This tour does not include a guided visit or a guide. Only entry tickets will be provided.

Seine River Cruise will start from the bottom of the Eiffel Tower

There may be a wait at security. During high season this wait can be up to 20 minutes Please note that during rainy or adverse weather conditions, or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints of the Louvre Museum may be longer than usual.

Visitors aged 3 and under do not require tickets for the Louvre Museum or the Seine River Cruise. Please note that ID checks may be conducted.

The audioguide is a digital product we provide. You can download it to your phone using the instructions provided in your voucher. To fully enjoy the digital audioguide, please remember to bring your personal earphones. Please note: The digital audioguide included with your reservation is a separate service and is not affiliated with the museum's audio guide system. You will not be using the audio guides provided by the museum itself. (if the Only Louvre&Digital Audioguide option is selected).

Very worth it. We did the Lourve and Sienne river cruise. Something for everyone! It was amazing to see the Mona Lisa. My daughter wanted to see the fashion couture exhibit and it was also amazing! We did lunch at a small cafe on the way to the ru we cruise. A great way to spend the day!

The guide or representative of the tour company did not appear in the specified place. I waited for 15 minutes until I decided at the museum to look for someone from the company. But there was nobody.

Very very interesting day. We really enjoyed it. They have wheelchair at your service and the personel were very helpful. The audio system wasn't working properly

Our hotel was 25 min away from tour. We ordered an uber to ensure we would be on time and even gave ourselves an hour and 15 min so could have coffee/be sure and be on time. Due to multiple transportation issues and an accident on road we missed our time by 15 minutes. Of course we lost the $450 we spent b/c too bad so sad is policy. Which I know is their policy so I didn’t expect to. They offered us same tour next day for ~ $250. So we booked it…when got booking it was in different order for the itinerary. We knew we were going to have to leave early b/c of Eurostar second day but wd be able to see all the things we hadn’t yet and later were things we had seen, so wouldn’t miss anything. Well with flipped schedule we were only going to be able to see things we had already experienced. When I called back within an hour of getting new booking they wd not refund this money either. Even tho what they said we were getting was not the same tour order. So all of that to say they were pleased to take ~$700 from us for a tour we never got and offered nothing. I would have happy if they had just refunded the money from second tour that ended up being different. I will never book from that tour company again. Live and learn.
