The time slot you choose is the time of access to the Louvre.

Your VIATOR voucher is not an entry ticket. Entrance to the Louvre and cruise is only via e-tickets with QR code sent separately by email and WhatsApp on the day prior to your activity.

This tour does not include a guided visit or a guide. Only entry tickets will be provided.

Seine River Cruise will start from the bottom of the Eiffel Tower

There may be a wait at security. During high season this wait can be up to 20 minutes Please note that during rainy or adverse weather conditions, or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints of the Louvre Museum may be longer than usual.

Visitors aged 3 and under do not require tickets for the Louvre Museum or the Seine River Cruise. Please note that ID checks may be conducted.

The audioguide is a digital product we provide. You can download it to your phone using the instructions provided in your voucher. To fully enjoy the digital audioguide, please remember to bring your personal earphones. Please note: The digital audioguide included with your reservation is a separate service and is not affiliated with the museum's audio guide system. You will not be using the audio guides provided by the museum itself. (if the Only Louvre&Digital Audioguide option is selected).

The apps were a little complicated. The sound didn’t work because there was no reception. The WiFi wouldn’t connect with my phone. It said it was free WiFi but still couldn’t connect. We went into the museum and that was a great experience but there was no guided tour. The museum itself was nice but packed.

We were very happy with the Louvre and the cruise. Even though it was very busy,it was definitely worth it. I need to mention how great,organized and helpful Viator was and is.

The lines were crazy when we got to the Louvre. I was so glad I bought advance tix! The boat ride was easy to get to and was right by the Eiffel Tower. The tix combo was a great value!

The artifacts and artwork are astounding. Spent 7 hours in museum and still didn't see everything. It would make the visit better for visitors if a queue line was set up for the top exhibits, such as the Mona Lisa, to move people along instead of having many standing at the front for 15 minutes at a time. Dress cool because it is quite warm inside
