The time slot you choose is the time of access to the Louvre.
Your VIATOR voucher is not an entry ticket. Entrance to the Louvre and cruise is only via e-tickets with QR code sent separately by email and WhatsApp on the day prior to your activity.

Seine River Cruise will start from the bottom of the Eiffel Tower
There may be a wait at security. During high season this wait can be up to 20 minutes Please note that during rainy or adverse weather conditions, or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints of the Louvre Museum may be longer than usual.
Visitors aged 3 and under do not require tickets for the Louvre Museum or the Seine River Cruise. Please note that ID checks may be conducted.
The audioguide is a digital product we provide. You can download it to your phone using the instructions provided in your voucher. To fully enjoy the digital audioguide, please remember to bring your personal earphones. Please note: The digital audioguide included with your reservation is a separate service and is not affiliated with the museum's audio guide system. You will not be using the audio guides provided by the museum itself. (if the Only Louvre&Digital Audioguide option is selected).

5.00It was the best! I would highly recommend going in the tunnel entrance because you can go in right away. Don’t wait in the shower long line by the pyramid.

2.00For sure there is no accommodation for accidental booking. I made it accidentally for the wrong date and tried to move it forward and that was not an option either.

5.00I went there a busy august weekend . If not for this guided tour , louvre visit could have consumed the entire day . The guide took us directly inside bypassing all the lines and showed all the must see items . It was a breeze. This museum visit could be overwhelming as there are lots of exhibits inside .

3.00While the Louvre does not disappoint in its contents or its architecture, where it lets you down is in helping you find your way. The map was very difficult to follow, not detailed enough nor intuitive…we (like many people around us) were having to ask for directions, how to get from one section to another, numerous times. By now the museum should have produced a better way to help visitors navigate the labyrinth of halls & rooms. We found it exhausting and confusing much of the time and this diminished the experience for us.
