Very packed as it was a public holiday but an experience not to be missed . We had the most amazing and knowledgeable guide who shared his passion for the works of art. We were awestruck at the Mona Lisa despite the crowds I would highly recommend this tour particularly if you get the guide we had.

We had an excellent experience with a guided tour of the Louvre. Even though it was crowded, she made sure we saw the featured items clearly and with excellent commentary.

We were sped walked through the Louvre with minimal guidance and no actual "tour" provided. No information was provided about any of the sculptures or art we were passing. I can't even use the term viewing because we literally had no time to stop and view anything. We essentially were hustled to the Mona Lisa, told to keep up, and then let loose into the throng of people at the Mona Lisa where we lost half our group and were then hustled onto the remainder of our "tour". I'm not sure why this is even considered a tour. Essentially we paid a ridiculous amount of money to be brought to the Mona Lisa and then to Napoleon's rooms *if you could keep up* to even get that far.

We were unable to get tickets to the Louvre so we bought the priority access through Viator. We did not have to wait in any lines and we had a well educated guide to take us through the museum. My only concern was that the guide was rather difficult to hear through our headphones because it was quite staticky and she also had a pronounced French accent. Although beautiful at times, it made it difficult to understand what she was telling us.
