1.00We came to store our luggage where we wanted to store it near the station Premier Inn. Last minute email said a different place, got to Premier Inn they said this was a regular occurrence people turning up unannounced and not knowing of the second destination. Said wouldn't bother making it to I think it was Rose Street, as they could be the same, and also they had no record of us. We already had a taxi drop us off there, so then we had to think about where we were supposed to be. I am disabled another Taxi??? Or walk. We gave up on it as we had to catch a train, which we missed and then had a taxi out to the port for a boat ride which was booked that day. Complete mess. Next time I will leave at the station. How can you advertise one place and send you to another? Hence paid for something we didn't use and dragged the luggage to the boat.

1.00We booked to store our luggage with Viator close to the station. Despite an email and Viator app confirmation for the booking location we requested when we got there the Premier inn hotel had no record of this. They said the problem was with Viator and there was nothing that could be done. It turned out the third party had changed our location but we were not informed. Travelling with family and bags on a short time frame this was very disappointing. I would not recommend using Viator to book luggage storage.

5.00Our flight arrived at 8:30am, and check-in wasn’t until 1:00pm. We dropped off our luggage and explored the city for several hours. The location was very convenient for us, only 10min walk to our AirBnb. It was worth the money!
