Our 55 foot power catamaran goes out on an afternoon snorkel that is perfect for late sleepers! Visit one of two amazing snorkel sites: Molokini Crater or Coral Gardens, on this 3-hour boat tour. Both have extensive reef systems, are easy to snorkel, and host a ton of different, colorful fish. Your captain will choose the best location based on ocean conditions. Swimming in Molokini Crater is one of the best experiences of a lifetime. The visibility can reach up to 150 feet! Coral Gardens is another thrilling site full of diverse marine life. No matter which site, swimming and fun is included. All equipment and instructions are provided by the fabulous crew, and there is lunch included!

Snorkel locations are determined daily by our captains based on weather, swell, and many years of experience in Maui waters
Wildlife sightings, while likely, are not guaranteed

Valid photo ID required for passengers ages 21+ who will be drinking alcoholic beverages
With your safety as a top priority alcohol is served once the snorkel portion of the tour is complete

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or reschedule
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Bring cash if you'd like to tip the crew

Join us on the Malolo and visit one of two amazing snorkel sites: Molokini Crater or Coral Gardens. Our boat is a 55 foot comfortable, stable catamaran. It is equipped with easy access stairways into the water on both the front and rear of the boat. There is also 2 restrooms, trampolines to lay out on and a friendly, experienced captain and crew. We also have flotation devices such as foam noodles, body boards and float vests for your use. Optional wetsuits are available to rent.

5.00Our family of 11 had a fabulous afternoon! The crew was amazing and the captain even made a little detour so we could see some whales!! The snorkeling was wonderful on Molokini. We didn’t see any big fish, but must be the season or conditions. For the price, we were pleasantly surprised. Even the 4 year old snorkeled! Highly recommend.

5.00The weather was rough the day of our trip making it unsafe to visit molokini crater. We were still able to go to another off shore location. It was not as nice as the crater but still a good time. We did see some small fish and a few turtles during the snorkel. The captain and crew were friendly and kept us safe. Hot dogs chips and drinks were served for a snack. All in all it was worthy adventure

1.00The experience e as a whole was enjoyable. However, the advertised time was 1 to 4 p.m. with the boat returning at 4 p.m. My sister and I thought it was perfect. We had a half hour drive from there to our hotel and were going to Old Lahaina Lula afterward. It was seven minutes from our hotel there and check in was at 5:15. I noticed we arrived at our location to snorkel a half hour later than expected because the captain stopped for a prolonged time on the way hoping to allow passenger to see whales. After a long wait, we saw none and whale watching was not a part of the advertising. When we got to Molokini crater I asked the captain if we’d be back by 4 p.m. to which he responded it would be more like 4:30/4:40 p.m. I told him if I knew that we wouldn’t have booked as we had plans after and would arrive there late and miss parts of a very expensive experience. I asked if he could speed up on the return to try to get us back sooner, to which he responded he goes as fast as he can. He had no remorse for being behind nor his false advertising of a 4 p.m. return. Upon leaving the snorkeling spot and heading home, he saw some water rise from the water and veered off of our path home to head toward where he saw whales and dolphins. I get wanting your guests to see them, and then continuing on, but with knowing you were already late returning and having me communicate I had plans, he sat whale watching for over 10 minutes, to which the last 5 we saw absolutely no activity. We ducked back at shore at 4:53 p.m. He gave no apology for the late arrival, and my sister and I missed the Lula. $460 lost due to false advertising and no concern for others time and plans. And no resolution was attempted for the negligence.

5.00Very nice snorkeling boat trip. The captain and crew were helpful and stressed safety. They explained all aspects of the trip and expectations very thoroughly. Based on conditions, we didn't go to the Molokini crater but still had a good snorkel at Coral Gardens. Loved the catamaran. Great views. Smooth and comfortable. Saw a humpback whale mom and juvenile on the way back. That was a bonus!

3.00Ideally book the morning tour for better calmer weather as we had very rough ride there and back and it’s 1 hour each way. Keep in mind the actual activity is one snorkel spot for 45 min so a lot of boat time! The molokini spot is beautiful and clear even if cloudy and we saw a lot of fish. The lunch is served on way back and just the average hot dog cold bun and chips so keep that in mind. Drinks were good and cheap. Annoying to pay $14 for parking on top of the tour price. Bring your own Dramamine so you don’t need to buy it onboard ! Overall it was fun and nice crew. My one piece of advice for the crew is to talk less on the microphone as there was non stop instructions and information almost the entire way to Molokini. Safety first but it was over the top and distracting when we wanted to just relax on the ride. Some fun music would have made it more festive too!

5.00It was excellent. Even though it was windy the boat was super smooth, the staff were wonderful and very helpful and the snorkelling was one the most amazing experiences I’ve had. There was beautiful coral, fish and eels! The way back was great with delicious food and drinks.

1.00Seems like a great deal and you get all the things they list, but in the least exceptional way. I doubt they ever actually make it out to Molikini. You end up west side of the island, corals are alive… but blink-and-you-miss-them fish. Then boiled hot dogs and chips. The staff seem happy and helpful except the entire ride you are subjected to a non stop list of rules and then told you should tip everyone. Maybe do it if you’re on a budget and/or your expectations are low.

5.00Although we weren’t able to go to Molokini crater due to weather, we still had a great time. The captain and crew were excellent, offering drinks, snacks, and help along the way. Bonus! We got to see whales!
