Disappointing experience – not as advertised

1.00We were told that the tour would be in a Mercedes minibus, but instead it was a large bus without any services. The driver was also the guide, and the explanations were given quickly outside the bus with no proper audio system. The speaker quality was so poor that we could not hear anything inside the bus. Overall, the experience did not match the description, and I was very disappointed. I do not recommend this tour.

5.00It is a long drive. Toilet stops are important. While we (both aged 77) thoroughly enjoyed the drive, towns we went thru, countryside farms animals etc and lovely gardens. I don’t think that was the case for all passengers. Driver was amazing, he was thoughtful and informative.
I would do it Again!

5.00I received prompt communication from William who gave clear directions on where to meet and was there promptly. William is extremely knowlegable of the great ocean road as well ad Australia in general having lived there for over 12 years. He is a great and engaging driver.

5.00I recently joined the 12 Apostles and Great Ocean Road tour, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The drive itself was stunning, with breathtaking coastal views, lush rainforests, and charming seaside towns along the way. Every stop was well-planned, giving us just the right amount of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed.
