  My daughter and I had a great time. Rafting guides Brendon and Jasmine were outstanding. They emphasized safety while keeping it fun and interesting.

  Wow! Our group of 19 parents and teens just returned from a 2 day overnight raft trip, and it exceeded expectations in every way. Not one person had a single bad thing to say about our experience. Shout out to Michael, Jolie, Lupin, Troy, and Claudia! These young adult guides were incredible. They provided top-notch service: from guiding our rafts and gear and easing any anxiety we had to serving AMAZING meals. They made it a lot of fun for our teens, but they were also very safety conscious. The meals deserve their own special shout-out. We did not expect to eat as well (and as much) as we did! I’m still not sure how they made it all happen, but it was great. All Outdoors is the only way to go if you are considering this type of trip. We can’t wait to come back and bring even more friends!

  All Outdoors is a great company to help plan your trip. They have videos and answered a lot of emails along the way. Allie, Myra, Brendan, Wyatt and Joe were a great team and made us four amazing meals while keeping things both fun and safe throughout. We had a crew of 17 and will go even bigger on the next one. Big thank you to the entire team.

  Troy was our guide and he was awesome! We had so much fun and I learned lots of new information. We made friends with our other raft buddies and i felt very welcomed. Everyone was very friendly. Troy helped us survive through two new rapid areas called Darbys Disaster and Sophia’s Slide!!! It was WILD. I hope everyone does this because it was very fun! LOVED IT 1000/10!!!!

• Amazing Family White Water Rafting with All-Outdoors and Michael

  Short story: We had an absolutely amazing 2-day adventure on the Middle Fork of the American river with All Outdoors, and especially Michael our guide! Longer story: We are a family of 8, ranging in age from 13 to 64. The youngest described the adventure as “the best vacation of my life”. The oldest described the adventure as “Wow, so amazing, so much fun, the food was awesome, and everything was so professionally done.” Me, I’m the planner and research person. We have adventured on multiple rivers with multiple rafting companies. It is easy for me to say that all the positive reviews about All-Outdoors are true, and I will gladly jump at the chance to enjoy their services again. We enjoyed (how many times can I say amazing?) such an amazing first day of rapids and adventure, including a water fall hike. Followed by setting up our campsite in the soft sand along the river, with a gourmet meal as the sun sets - it was what you read about in luxury travel guides but us normal folks don’t even dream of experiencing. Our second day was packed with just as much whitewater rafting fun, a different waterfall hike, and lunch along the river, making for a magical sunny afternoon. Our 7 guides provided fun and food, great conversation and customer service. I’d do it again in a heartbeat – but only with All-Outdoors! There is a difference in river guide companies – these guys are really good. To start, our guide was Michael – I couldn’t conceivably describe what an amazing young man he is, but I will try. Michael is a natural leader, coach, someone filled with positivity and kindness - a great human being. He is the kind of person people naturally stand behind and follow, never thinking about why, they just do. It was clear that Michael had the great respect of the other guides, and was a go-to for them as well. So we felt very fortunate to have Michael as our raft guide. He was our river coach, providing us with encouragement and clear communication. He would fully explain what was coming up with the next set of rapids, answer our questions with patience, and describe what he would be doing, so we felt confident in what to expect. We always felt fully prepared – so we entered each set of rapids with a sense of confidence in both our guide and our own abilities. All of which allowed us to really take it all in and truly enjoy the full experience. I smiled so much at the fun and excitement of it all, my face muscles were sore for two-days : ) Thank you Michael! We had a fantastic group of 7 professional guides in our group. Other guides of notable mention were also Myra and Fred. Myra too was a natural leader, having a great rapport with the full guide team and with her rafters. Her level of customer service was top notch, always thinking of other people’s needs. Fred, was the behind-the-scenes master. He was the glue to the trip and for the group. Fred was the master of the gear rafts, master planner, and master chef. Which by the way, the food was always amazing. From full on scrumptious hot breakfast, to a fresh and tasty lunch with choices for everyone, to a gourmet dinner that would put most restaurants to shame. And, Fred was our hike guide. His patience with our granddaughter, who became scared of the rock scramble part-way back, was absolutely stellar. He gently coached our granddaughter, left foot right foot this hand that hand, step by step to the finish line. Thank you Fred! Can you tell? We had the best time on our two-day adventure. We are thankful to the guide team and to All-Outdoors for giving our family an adventure to remember. Thank you all!
