3.00We a had a young personal guide from Egyptian decent, who had lived in Milan for the last three years. He was enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgable on the history of Milan and was intelligent. But he struggled with English and probably lacked experienced as a guide. The tour lasted a little over 3 hours with quite a bit of walking, largely on the flat. This tour tour may be more suited to people interested in the commercial and fashion than historic and cultural side of Milan, although some heritage elements were included.

5.00We had an amazing private tour with Edsel. He took us to some lovely hidden gems and balanced perfectly things of interest for the whole family (two adults and two teenagers). He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and so friendly and we would highly recommend. As first time visitors to Milan, it was the perfect start to our holiday.

2.00While our guide presented as being “attentive”, we found him to be lacking of historical knowledge and superficial as it related to “hosting us. He rushed us around and was rude to many people we passed on the street or on public transport, cutting them off or pushing them aside as he took pictures of us (that we didn’t necessarily want but pressured us into taking them)
