1.00Tour Operator demanded an additional 250 euro less than 24 hours before trip. Said we didn't meet the min number of passengers. No min was stated in booking. Notification was too late to find another tour. Booked over 10 weeks in advance. Payment was made. And then credited after cancellation. I will never book anything with France tourisme again. Booked through viator. Found on tripadvisor

5.00First our tour guide, Michel, was very knowledgeable of history surrounding Paris and Mont St Michel. He was very considerate of any needs of those in his group. His driving was on point. We loved our trip and timing for everything was great. We had enough time to see everything we wanted to see and didn’t have to worry about figuring anything out. Michel told us what to expect each step of the way. Highly recommend

5.00Serge, our tour guide was amazing. He went above and beyond making us feel welcomed, explaining and giving us background information on the places we traveled. He was also attentive to every detail and provided us with water at all times. I would recommend this tour and I would request to have Serge as the tour guide.

4.00Very interesting place to visit . Guide was really nice. However, I think the title in misleading in that it led me to believe the guide would be with us throughout, whereas he just brought us to the structure and said when and where to meet up later. I saw other guides giving out out lots of info to groups, so no reason why the tour could not have done the same. Disappointing in that regard.
It is not a guided tour but a transfer

3.00I object that it is called "guided tour": it was a driver of a van with 7 passengers that took us and brought us unaccompanied on the visit. Rather, it was arguably a transfer to Mt. St. Michel, which is a spectacular monument. As for the language, the driver was striving to translate into English and Spanish, not always successfully. It's not easy either.

3.00Mont St Michel was INCREDIBLE! I have waited a long time to get to see it in person. My tour guide Remy was a very nice gentleman but did not actually give us a guided tour. I didn't learn hardly anything from him about the abbey as we were left to ourselves for the majority of the tour. Also, it was a long day as it was a 4 hr drive each way & we were crammed into a 9 person van. Glad I went but wish I had been able to be more comfortable traveling & had learned more about the abbey.

5.00The drive was long but the ride was comfortable and we made one stop to refuel and take a break. He gave us thorough instructions when we got to Mont Saint Michel which was a very beautiful abbey. Great job.
