  This is a totally customizable tour of the Fuji area. Our driver/guide Rafay communicated very efficiently and effectively prior to and during our tour. When the mountain was obscured by clouds Rafay suggested a change of itinerary that resulted in us seeing sights we would have otherwise neglected. Kudos to Rafay and his support team.

  I highly recommend Rafay, our tourist guide, who picked us up from our hotel in Tokyo. He reached out a day in advance to confirm our reservation and offered us the option to customize our plan. Rafay was punctual, kind, and extremely professional. He showed us many places on the itinerary and even modified it to include Hakone, despite the extra driving involved. In addition to being an excellent guide, he is also a talented photographer who captured all our family pictures beautifully. I had a fantastic time with my children and can confidently recommend him to any family looking for a memorable experience. His minivan is new, very clean, and comfortable. I’m truly grateful to have met Rafay. Thank you, Viator, for connecting us with such a wonderful guide!

  Had a wonderful day with Sandhu our driver. Picked up from our accommodation. This was great as we didn't have to find a departure point. Sandhu was very informative and I would recommend him 100%. We had the best day and saw everything we wanted to.

  We had a great day seeing some sights around the Mt Fuji area with our guide Rocky. We particularly enjoyed the Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine! Thanks for a great day, Rocky!

  Ahmad was our guide for our tour and even though the weather didn’t allow us to see Mt. Fuji, Ahmad made our experience enjoyable. At each location of our tour, he gave us a brief introduction to the place and then allowed us to explore on our own at our own pace. We visited each 5 locations in our all day tour and got to see all we wanted to see at each location. Our pace was such that we could see the most of each place, bearing in mind that we wanted to go to see all 5 locations before our day was up. Keep in mind while booking this tour, that the itinerary that is on Viator’s website is a list of the places that they can take you depending on what’s open, but it is not possible to see all of them in one tour. Realistically, 5-6 locations is what you’ll likely see. It’s best to communicate with your guide what you’d like to do when they contact you through WhatsApp 1-2 days before your scheduled booking. I highly recommend this experience and, if I ever make my way back to Japan, I’ll be booking another experience with them to see the other locations we couldn’t see during our tour. Maybe the weather will let us see Mt. Fuji. Thank you Ahmad for such an enjoyable tour!
