  Excellent guide, Santiago and gorgeous views. Santiago was so friendly, gave us history and answered any questions. The outing ran very smoothly and I was in awe of the views

  Leighton of Swiss Tours was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and lively! The boat ride was a bit boring after as amazing as Pilatus was.

  Worst experience ever. The guide rescheduled the time right after the booking. didn’t respond on my text messages and calls when i was trying to find the group on the train station. He didn’t have any signs of a tour leader and sort of that. He was annoyed of any question and literally told me that i have to leave. I couldn’t tolerate that and we agreed that i will request the refund, but than tour operator rejected refund request, which is an outright scam.

  Our guide, Rose, made the trip to the top of Mt Pilatus easy and seamless. Our bus trip to the gondola was quick, and the gondola ride, itself, was gorgeous. Although it was cold, we were blessed with sunshine, and the views from the top of the mountain were magnificent. Rose provided us with interesting details about the mountain, yet she gave us adequate time to climb the stairs to to peak, grab a bite to eat, and purchase a few souvenirs before it was time to return to the bottom. Our boat ride on Lake Lucerne was hampered by foggy conditions, yet the boat was warm, clean and comfortable, and Rose provided us with interesting details about the lake.
