5.00A long day! Lunch is not included in price. It was a bit crowded and a very hot day. Anna the tour guide was amazing!

5.00This is a must experience! Absolutely incredible experience! Beautiful morning on the lake cruising to the cogwheel train station. Our guide, Anna, was sweet, funny, kind and had a tremendous amount of information for us. As we cruised the lake she even showed personal photos of some of the places we were seeing from the lake. As we passed one of the castles she shared photos of the grounds and gardens making you feel as though you were there visiting as well! The train ride was fantastic and my husband who is a bit of a train buff was fascinated by it. The trails and viewing areas from the top of the mountain are made for all different levels of abilities and interests. Choices for food on top were good although pricey. I am afraid of heights so I personally was quite worried about the gondola but was pleasantly surprised. What an experience! Beautiful morning sure to hang out at the first stop down and ride the toboggan. My family loved it!!! I cannot say enough about Anna. Request her as your guide. You willl not be disappointed!

1.00I booked this many months in advance. Our trip was at 10.15am, we arrived at the destination at 10am and waited until after 11am. We contacted the tour operator and viator chat. The tour operator said we were not present and we'd missed out. We were astounded, we had flew from Australia and had 1 day in Luzerne, my husband rebooked through get your guide which was $200 cheaper for exactly the same trip. I requested a refund and emailed proof we were there via google maps, marking our location. The tour operator declined the refund of $749.80. I have had to dispute this scam with my bank as fraud and will report this to ACCC & scam watch. Do not use Viator.
