1.00The guide was a no show with a disconnected phone number. No tour support options when I contacted company. Had to locate options on my own.
Skip this tour and do the Pilatus Summit on your own without the lake cruise.

2.00Don't do this tour as the main attraction was rushed and the lake cruse was just a crowded/hot bus ride on a boat. The guide added minimal information about the area and what was experienced.

5.00We had great weather, made it to the top of Mt pilatus and enjoyed all the activities listed in the tour. Our guide (rose) was lovely and full of information about the mountain, lucerne, and Switzerland in general.

4.00Rose was simply amazing. She anticipated any possible problems. She was so knowledgeable and well spoken. She’s got great command of English. My only issue was that the meeting location was not clearly stated or easily seen. The tickets need to state specifically the train station rail number. We made the train but only due to fact I had made contact with the tour director. I would give 5 stars , otherwise.
