5.00Could have spent days there looking at Impressionism pieces. A beautiful display of fine art. Impressionism in Paris - cannot be beat. The building is incredible. The café is fantastic. Loved every minute.

1.00Fake TIckets!! We booked these tickets on Viator before leaving the USA and did not receive actual ticket. Your voucher is not your ticket, which we knew, and we reached out to the “tour organizer” repeatedly at the location and again at the time of event. No reply. We ended up having to buy tickets from the museum right then and there. I reached out to Viator and without letting provide supportive images and texts that went unanswered by the “tour operators” decided not to refund almost $200 dollars. When I reached out to check on status, I was told a refund was not given. Only when I reached out to provide Info to support my story did Kristine at Viator Customer Service reply that no refund would be given. I asked to have the original reply sent to me as I never received it and I have been ghosted since. You should know that you can buy timed tickets online from Musee D’Orsay for cheaper than here on Viator and those tickets will get you into the Musee while our “tickets” were fake and we had to buy at the door again!

5.00I booked my Musée d’Orsay timed entry ticket just a few hours before visiting and received it instantly by email. Entry was smooth and hassle-free. The Impressionist gallery, especially Monet and Van Gogh, was stunning. Having a set time made planning the day so much easier.

5.00It was everything I expected and more. I would most certainly go back over and over again. Certain areas like the impressionists were very crowded which is why I went there I would have loved to sit and look at the art but…..

1.00Viator sold us the tickets for a day that they could not be used (museum free day). There was no cancellation notification. I had to call the Viator office from in front of the museum to find out we could not use the tickets. Very disappointed!! I did get a refund after the call but could have rearranged our schedule if I had known ahead of time.

5.00I loved my visit to the Musée d’Orsay! The timed ticket made everything super convenient — we walked right in. The museum is the perfect size, not as overwhelming as the Louvre, and full of amazing pieces. Don’t miss the view of Paris from the big clock on the top floor — it’s iconic!
