  Albert was an excellent guide for our group tour to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. He spoke clearly, shared plenty of local insights, and kept us engaged with his humour. Highly recommend him for anyone visiting Beijing!

  As mentioned in the description the driver is not english speaker. But he tried to translate with his mobile to answer whatever we asked. Please note he is not a guide, a pick up and drop off service only. If you are looking for a driver who can take you to the great wall and summer palace, you can book this. The driver is cool, only problem is he will not drive fast. Unlike other drivers in Beijing, he is not arrogant at all. Since he was requesting for extra payement for his extra hours ( since he was driving slowly we were not reaching on time) we have asked him to show the Birds' nest. We paid 100 yuan extra/ hour still he gave us discount. As mentioned he is a nice guy who can be trusted .He even searched for us with the help of english speakers and called us in phone. you can trust this person to drop you on correct places and search for Over all experience is okay.. Dedicated ,helpful and nice person, just lacking English speaking.

  Our driver, Mr. Wu was very good and attentive. He was able to answer most of our questions with regards to the places that we are going to. He drove us close to the entrance of each attraction and has helped us to purchase the entrance tickets and lead us to the entrance for each attraction. We were very satisfied with Mr. Wu's and his company's services. This tour is highly recommended.

  Miles was punctual and reliable. He met us at our hotel and drove us in comfort to Mutianyu to see The Great Wall. His command of English was excellent and he was quite affable. He helped us get our tickets to the lift and toboggan and beat the crowds at Mutianyu. He was also flexible and allow us to change our sightseeing itinerary that day. I highly recommend Miles Car Service if you are in need of a reliable and responsive driver to take you sightseeing in Beijing.
