  I believe this service is misleading and should be avoided. The time indicated was inaccurate and gave a false impression of the service. The experience felt dishonest, and I regret using it. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable or transparent service.

  I bought the audio guide thinking that you could enter the establishment without reservation, bone without eating, which was a tour inside the cafe to see the interior architecture and listen to the audio guide, but it turned out that it was not. I don’t think there is anyone who buys that nonsense since you can download it from the internet, plus I bought 5 because there were 5 of us and it was a scam that was never returned. We couldn't even get in. It's a scam, don't buy anything

  The restaurant New York it the most beautiful in the world!!! It’s elegant, cozy, great service! The table was so nice. We had a delicious meal, and the waiter Lili was perfect! She gave us all the food information and was able to made us have a great experience. We were doubting about what we should choose and she made us decide perfectly well. We also love the music. The wine and the place. We will be back soon !! We love people from Budapest. They are the best!! Great service !!!

  I really don’t understand what the experience is because for 12 Euros you are not entitled to anything in the New York Café Budapest, because you have to keep the queue like anyone else and wait until they can sit you at the table and pay what you consume. As for the Audio Guide (it could only be in Italian or English) I have not been able to access it because the links sent to me by Francesca Bertha did not work in any way despite having tried several times and having communicated it to Francesca Bertha, apart from the fact that the answer of the same person leaves doubts if we are facing a scam. Anyway I paid 12 euros for nothing and having in theory ticket that has not served any purpose.

  We booked an evening for a violin concert advertised with the title: CIAPA PARK 9.30 pm advance payment -- there was no other choice -- scary location -- they expect people to arrive on foot, covering 2 km on foot - in the dark / you need to report the person who granted the authorization to this structure in the middle of the woods 2 km from the main road, unlit unpaved road with sheer cliffs - very narrow dirt road, completely in the dark (with cars forbidden to pass), where only one vehicle passes, putting it in danger people's lives and safety!!! There is no telephone number for the structure / organization and once paid, goodbye to your money paid in advance -,!!! -place to absolutely avoid we will see how to request the return of the ticket. How can you even imagine asking people to walk along a 2km long path at 9.30pm, in the dark, in the middle of the woods, to reach, what???? A shame, they should take a night walk in the middle of the woods, before asking for money for a concert in the middle of nowhere surrounded by pitch darkness and the animals that populate the surrounding woods!!!! Don't take risks, and avoid getting ripped off.
