5.00Tour was well-planned, with sufficient time allocated for each activity. It's great that attraction and admission tickets are already included, and we just had to bring ourselves there and enjoy ourselves. The cycling tour was an interesting experience as well. Our guide was also very engaging and knowledgeable of the area, sharing tips about Hanoi and making the experience very fun.

5.00It was a wonderful expetience. We appreciated the boat ride very much. We also enjoyed going up the 500 steps even if we didnt reach the top. Overall, we had a fantastic time. We do recommend this tour!

5.00This tour involves many physical activities, such as biking, hiking, and sitting for long hours on a small boat. Guests should be well prepared, as those who are not may not fully enjoy the breathtaking views and unique experiences the tour offers. Our guide, Timber, was incredibly encouraging and considerate. He consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and was always ready to help with anything we needed. A well-deserved 5-star rating for him!

5.00Our guide was Duyen and we had a great time! Communication was great as they were running a few minutes behind for pick up in the morning and let us know right away. The day was jampacked, but not in a way where you felt rushed between locations. The scenes were beautiful and it was a great break from being in the city. This is absolutely worth the money and more.

5.00The tour was very well organized and we were kept up to date with everything that was going on. Bao was a great guide whose english was impeccable. He also translated some in Vietnamese and was great at that. He kept us moving and entertained. We had to rush back for a flight and the driver was fast and dropped us off first, ensuring we would not miss our flight.

5.00A well organised tour, keeping you informed of the days events and a very nice limousine bus. Sebastian the guide was informative and fun. The whole day was memorable and amazing and I highly recommend this tour and the tour group. The lunch stops had so much choice and good quality. Our driver Mr Chung was awesome (well they have to be to navigate the crazy Hanoi traffic!). The only negative, and this is nothing to do with the tour company per say, is the Mua caves is poorly managed from a health and safety aspect, and the amount of people clambering to get the dragon on a very step cliff face with a flimsy metal chain is not ideal. Too many people and needs to be controlled better.
