4.00Everything about the tour company/guide/transportation was 5/5. However, the entire day is a huge tourist trap (which isn’t the fault of the tour company). The temple was just a recreated temple and not very exciting, the lunch buffet is very poor quality, and the bamboo rafting was packed with hundreds and hundreds of boats. For us, the last stop at Mua Cave was the highlight and the view from the top is great, but there are hundreds of people all combining to the top at once. If we returned to Vietnam, I would skip Nihn Bin but would happily use this tour company to visit somewhere different.

5.00Great experience, beautiful scenery. Bike riding through the country side was an awesome experience. There are options for people of all activity levels. Lunch was very good with many options available. The transportation to and from Hanoi is modern and very comfortable. WiFi on the bus was nice.

3.00Our tour guide Raymond was great, but overall this was a bit ordinary, the bus was late to start with and was in desperate need of a service, lots of pick ups and drop offs slows everything down, unfortunately for us one of the tourists was a real a-hole from Tunisia that kept smoking when we were trying to move on. The boat ride was way too long, amazing but really long and hot. The best thing is the climb up Mua Cave and the surroundings. I would suggest booking a small group or even your own car so you can dictate the timing of things yourself.

5.00We visited the ancient temples of Hoa Lu , did the Trang An boat ride and saw the Mua caves. It was a very well organized trip and loved all the experience. We had a great lunch which was arranged for us. We did taste lot of local delicacies. Boat ride in Trang An was worth it. The 500 steps of Mua caves helped uys burn a lot of calories but it would be advisable for people with health issues to avoid the climb. Alternatively one can visit the beautiful lotus garden which is a part of the Mua caves experience. Our tour guide, Ms. Sunny was wonderful with her caring and supportive nature. She did wait for us as there was a delay due to traffic. She was clear with her instructions and information about the whole tour. She kept a clear eye on all the travellers. The bus was very clean and seats were comfortable. We got water bottles which helped a lot. All the places were very beautiful and we got to click a lot of wonderful pictures. This place and the complete tour is a must and they are an amazing company to plan with. Thank you Halongdolphin:)

5.00Very fun! Our tour guide, Bao, was very friendly and informative. We specially love the bike ride along the neighborhood. It would be better if weather is cooler. The scenery is amazing!
