1.00I booked last minute but the guide never showed up or even responded. We waited for 25 minutes and eventually just downloaded a self guided audio tour.

1.00We waited at the meeting place and nobody showed up. Later found out that Notre Dame was closed due to the death of the Pope. You sent notices reminding us about our reservation. You should have notified us about the cancellation. I would like a refund!
Not worth it. Cathederal entry is free. Line moves quickly.

2.00Misunderstanding on description. Several couples on this your thought we were entering the Cathderal. No… it was strictly walking around the outside with a guide pointing out facts. When we re read we saw where mistake was. Several of us left tour and got in line to enter Cathderal . Which is FREE!
