Walks & Devour tour changed the meeting time from 3:30 to 3pm. Myself and another family were never notified. We were there at 3:10 well before the 3:15 early request. They or Viator could have notified us via email, text or phone but we never got word.

Very informative and interesting! Excellent knowledgable guide! We loved our walking tour and highly recommend it to anyone who would like to explore these historic spaces. Our guide was fantastic.

Extremely poor customer service for this tour. The time was changed according to the tour operator, but all the links on the app, have the Viator tour showing the original time. When I requested a refund for the nonexistent tour I received an email with the corrected time. Funny how that was the first time they put the change in an email. The app was never changed. Guess I did not stand on my head and spin to the west to get the updates they said they sent. Still haven’t seen them. Still haven’t seen a refund.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Our guide was amazing and kept my attention the whole time. She gave pertinent facts and moved quickly thru each phase, not lingering on anecdotes or unimportant details. I have been to too many of these tours where the guide just fills time - this is not one of those. Saint Chapelle was astoundingly beautiful and should NOT be missed as were the picture opportunities. And the boat ride at the end! It was like dessert after a wonderful meal! This tour should not be missed!
